System for Award Management (SAM) Registration is required to submit a DOE proposal. Please be aware that the backlog for registering for SAM is now beyond a month for new applicants. If you are planning to participate in the FY23 Release 2 DOE Phase 0 program and are not in SAM, you should start the registration process NOW.
